SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped with Free Shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. We will ship FedEx Ground or USPS Priority. Internet orders are received and processed one business day after you place the order. Please allow one day to process the order and another day to process and ship in stock items. Once your items are shipped, your order will be updated with tracking information for your reference. Please allow the shipper to show tracking status before reaching out to us for any shipping questions.
APO, FPO and DPO addresses will have additional shipping charge added at checkout. At this present time there is no international shipping.
Returns policy
We want you to enjoy your purchase and experience with our products. If you're not satisfied, we will make things right! You may return any product within 90-days of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. With proof of purchase, you will receive a full refund, which shall be credited back to the original payment method, in the amount paid for the product you are returning.
Note: all returns must include your assigned Return Authorization number.
If you return a product purchased using a promotional discount, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product.
Electrotecaudio will not refund any shipping charges (e.g., expedited shipping or overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.
